Our ideal candidate for this position: Responsibilities: Initially, your focus will be on mastering our proprietary sales process - calling on small to medium-sized businesses within your assigned local territory, presenting to groups and individuals, expanding your client base through referrals and new client acquisition. Essentially, you will be building a new book of business in a new territory. Once you have met the required sales benchmarks, you will have the ability to move forward into a Team Leader role which is a fusion of Sales and Leadership. While still maintaining & growing your own book of business, you will have new hires assigned to your team for training and mentoring.
