Fusion OEM, an award-winning robot integrator and contract manufacturer, is hiring an Account Executive for the Illinois and Indiana territory. OPPORTUNITY: As our Account Executive, you will lead the sale of Fusion’s unique robotic product offerings to Manufacturers and Job Shops. Use your technical and sales skills to explain the benefits of our robotic products or services and demonstrate our value in the market place. With the collaboration of company leadership, you will manage sales, technical presentations, and market research to create a pipeline of prospective opportunities. Target territory is Illinois and Indiana with heavy emphasis in the Chicago area. Our robotic technology is in full operation at our Chicago facility providing an ideal demonstration location. Once prospects see the robotics in action, closing deals accelerate. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will be a key contributor within our dynamic growth oriented company. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: SUCCESS FACTORS: COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Fusion OEM will reward your sales talents with a base salary of $75K - $85K, plus an uncapped commission plan. Total first year compensation expected to be $100K-$130K+. You will also receive a comprehensive benefit package that includes, BCBS health, dental, vision, short and long- term disability, life and AD&D insurance, PTO, and a 401(k)retirement plan with an employer match. Car allowance, laptop, cell phone, and expense reimbursements provided. You may office from home if you live within a reasonable driving distance to our office. Anticipate being in the office 1-2 days per week for demonstrations and administrative responsibilities.
