*WE ARE IMMEDIATELY HIRING FOR SALES REPRESENTATIVES TO SELL OUR HOLIDAY LIGHTING SERVICES IN BOTH THE GAINESVILLE AND THE OCALA AREAS* TWINKLE NIGHTS HOLIDAY LIGHTS IS GETTING READY TO SELL OUR HOLIDAY LIGHTING SERVICES! THIS IS A FULL-TIME IN-SEASON SALES POSITION AND WILL MOVE TO PART-TIME OUT OF SEASON.

Sales Efforts:

  • Following up on 20-30 leads a week generated by our marketing efforts
  • Following processes for generating customer referrals
  • Generate your own leads using our sales processes and following up on those leads
  • You will mainly be calling hot leads that have been pre-qualified
  • Cold calling will increase business, increasing your pay
  • Networking will also help increase business, increasing your pay
  • If you excel in this sales position there is room for promotion to a quote/project manager for our commercial customers

Compensation For Our Sales Team:

  • There will be a starting salary + 4% commission
  • You will be doing a lot of commercial selling which leads to much higher commission pay
  • Our top salesperson earns up to $33/hourly
  • Mileage allowance

REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

  • Sales experience required
  • Valid driver's license
  • A love of Christmas and the Holiday Season
  • Efficient computer skills
  • Personable, dependable, a go-getter, high energy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
