• Partner with Sales leaders across the company to set and drive hiring strategy, goals, and process.
• Manage full cycle recruiting process: identify, engage, evaluate top candidates.
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.
• Provide a high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel. Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns
• Promote Qumulo's employer brand
• Manages workflow and communication through applicant tracking system
• Develop innovative and creative ways to attract the best and brightest diverse candidates and increase our competitive advantage
• Provide consulting to hiring managers on hiring practices
• Work closely with People Team partners in support of the business
• Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the recruiting team and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers
• Work with management and cross functional partners to optimize and execute process improvements related to talent acquisition
• Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Recruiting experience
• 1+ years of sales recruiting experience
• International Sales Recruiting experience preferred
• Proven ability to advise to and influence business leaders
• Ability to develop and execute passive sourcing strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
• Familiarity with HR databases, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage time, and drive progress without direct oversight
