EDI Order Coordinator

Classic Home & Garden, a fast-growing Consumer Products company in Shelton, CT is seeking a dynamic EDI Order Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is initiative-taking, has strong computer skills, ability to prioritize and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Position Overview

This position reports to the company’s: Warehouse Manager

The EDI Order Coordinator has the responsibility of managing the fulfillment & shipment of third-party EDI orders from Amazon, Target, and Wayfair. Oversee the order tracking process and ensure orders are processed in accordance with the organization’s standards. Must be capable in resolving escalated issues that arise in coordination with other areas.

Key Job Responsibilities

· Process all new and future orders for three ecommerce websites

· Utilizing the CHG software & the vendor portals to download orders daily into excel

· Compare the orders from vendor portals against available inventory in CHG software

· Work with warehouse manager to manage inventory based on future ship dates

· Manage vendor timelines and backorders

· Create order labels and picking tickets for shipments

· Print UPC labels for certain items

· Provide Warehouse Team with BOL and Shipping labels

· ERP System Great Plains (GP)

Requirements

· Must be detail orientated with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.

· Must possess good mathematical skills.

· Must have solid written and verbal communication skills.

· Must have experience with Microsoft, Word, PowerPoint & Excel

· Must have experience with Sales Pad

· Bilingual in English and Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
