Modernizing Medicine is hiring a Sales Operations Manager. We are looking for an experienced sales/revenue operations professional. This is a high impact role with significant visibility with senior leaders across multiple functions in the company.

In this position, you will be heavily involved in all aspects of the sales organization. Collaboration across multiple functions will be critical to success, as you develop and track key performance indicators, discover optimizations opportunities, and build models to serve the needs of the sales organization. Extensive knowledge and experience in planning and analysis will be important, as you support leaders to make strategic operational and business decisions.

Your Role:

  • Work closely with the sales senior leadership and company-wide executives to present findings, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze current reporting workflows in conjunction with partners of other cross-functional departments to streamline and automate reports where possible and enhance communication and reporting consistency.
  • Provide insight into sales drivers through KPI reporting and data analytics to improve processes and scale operations.
  • Identify sales trends and opportunities and quantify the effects of changes, initiatives, and events.
  • Provide insights into current sales practices and inform direction of process and model changes.
  • Responsible for the analysis or creation of business models, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Own the communication of the analysis to improve business processes, Communicate analysis findings, and propose projects or initiatives.
  • Provide an understanding of the underlying systems that contribute to the organization and how they interact to result in the end product/process/outcome.

Skills & Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in sales/revenue operations or a related field.
  • SaaS / software background (strongly preferred)
  • Experience working in a sales analyst role actively engaged with data and business intelligence
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written including experience presenting to senior level management.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex modeling, pivot tables, macros, etc.
  • Business systems experience and expertise, including financial, CRM and data tools (e.g. Salesforce, Adaptive, DOMO, Qlik, etc.)
  • Strong business partnering skills and collaboration across multiple functions
  • Strong problem solving skills, adaptable, proactive, and a willingness to take ownership
  • Strong commitment to quality, architecture, and documentation
  • Self-starter with ability to operate independently.
