We are looking for a talented Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will be in a unique position to work across a number of different functions and have a substantial impact on revenue goals. You will be responsible for the critical analysis and insights needed to drive revenue and sales force productivity. You will thrive in this role if you are highly analytical and love to work with a high-performance driven team. Responsibilities

    • Own the global revenue forecasting, planning and budgeting process
    • Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process in the sales organization’s planning and reporting activities.
    • Support the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and performance objectives and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all resources.
    • Manage all aspects of sales incentive plan administration, ensuring accurate and on-time commission payments. Deliver incentive plan reports and data to Sales leadership, Finance and Human Resources.
    • Analyze data and provides important visualizations and dashboards that clearly communicate complex data in a simple form to non-technical audience.
    • Serve as subject matter expert on territory sizing and alignment, establishing a data driven, reliable territory assignment process based on go-to-market strategy.
    • Build peer support and strong internal relationships across the organization in support of Sales Operations initiatives.
Qualifications
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5+ years of professional work experience. Strong experience gathering business requirements and developing scorecards and dashboards to surface meaningful KPIs and actionable intelligence to senior leaders.
    • In-depth working and administrative experience with Salesforce.
    • Experience with Xactly incentive plan tool also preferred.
    • Advanced Excel knowledge working with large datasets (utilize complex formulas and can manipulate and transform data). Experience using Tableau or similar visualization software also preferred.
    • Ability to communicate effectively both in group settings and on one-one basis.
    • Ability to convey results to senior business leaders; present complex results in a clear, concise, and enticing manner that stimulate action; and also have excellent writing skills for writing reports.
    • Highly organized and detail oriented, possessing multi-tasking skills and efficiency in managing uncertain situations.
    • Must have ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions, as well as demonstrate skill and passion for problem solving and operational excellence.
