General Purpose: Sales & Marketing Assistant is responsible of promote awareness of brand image internally and externally including but not limited to data entry, written communication, department purchasing, guest relations, follow up and any requests for service or information in accordance with corporate and local SOPâ??s. An emphasis is put on courteous, professional and proactive hospitality.

EssentialDuties:

  • Assist the Director in Administrative, sales, marketing and client related issues.
  • Support to the Sales Department & the CEO offices when needed.
  • Coordination and implementation of the Customer Relationship Management Program with IS Department.
  • Data base update and synchronization/implementation of the marketing communications program with residents and prospects.
  • Support and follow up with advertising and PR agencies.
  • Support and participation in event planning coordination and execution.
  • Preparation of Sales Reports for the Director.
  • Attend in a timely manner guest relations issues from internal and external sources with specific attention to complete satisfaction and follow up to closure.
  • Self-starter provides constructive and innovative ideas and shows attention to details.
  • Assist in Public Relations/Communications efforts, including drafting of documents, updating press kits, tracking, following up and maintaining log of donations/sponsorship requests, handling incoming written and telephone communications, scheduling photo/video shoots, press interviews and other.
  • General office/administrative work.
  • Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Bahia Realty.

Education/Experience: Bachelorâ??s degree; one year relatedexperience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education andexperience.

Physical Demands: Frequently uses hands to finger, handle, or feel,talks and hears. Regularly stands and sits. Occasionally walks, reaches withhands and arms, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls, tastesor smells. Occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.

Ability to read and speak English is required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English)

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
