Base Compensation is $70,000 - $85,000 with bonus pay potential to earn $110,000 - $120,000!
Job Description
Responsible for leading all branch sales, overseeing installations as needed, and working closely with Operations manager with service activities to meet the company’s minimum performance expectations.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Sales Manager / General Manager:
- Ability to be a self-starter in the field of recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and maintaining peak performance of sales representatives
- Create an atmosphere of positivity and reward positive behavior; as well as have the skills to address low performing production and create development plans to increase the required production
- Exercise managerial judgment calls when needed for sales, service, and installation situations.
- Resolve customer concerns/complaints regarding service and/or installation issues
- Maintain or increase HIGH quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contribute to team effort of hitting and exceeding all branch expectations.
- Work closely with Operations Manager to Code equipment invoices for Accounts Payable.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Strong Interview Skills.
- Basic HR skills needed to recruit, manage, and retain a diverse workforce.
- Must have a Moderate to advanced understanding and usage of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience and understanding using a CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) such as Salesforce
- Understanding how to breakdown a P&L statement.
- Strong skills relating to inventory management.
- Experience and understanding of fleet management.
- Remain up to date with industry licensing and testing requirements.
- Ability to diagnose basic problems and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor with peers.
- Must be able to work independently and as a part of a team.
EDUCATIONAL & LICENSES/CERTIFICATES
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Must have a clean driving record, valid driver license and proof of insurance.
- All required state and local licenses.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to sit, walk, and stand for multiple hours
- Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
- Use hands repetitively to operate standard office equipment
- Reach with hands and arms lifting up to 40 pounds
- Close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus
