Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Sales Manager works with management throughout the hotel and the Company. They deliver service excellence to guests and customers by listening to their needs, analyzing information, and creating tailored proposals in a pleasant and professional manner. This position is responsible for negotiating and closing sales while exceeding sales targets. Knowledge and/or ability to operate a computer. Experience: Two (2) or more years of sales in a hotel or related field preferred. Education: None. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, marketing, or business a plus. Physical Requirements: Mostly sedentary work with ability to provide site tours on occasion.
