We are currently seeking an energetic, self-motivated B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help our sales team manage a growing pipeline of inbound leads. Our customer base includes thousands of companies across all major industries including over half of the Fortune 500. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll oversee all leads entering our pipeline, ensure they receive proper support, and connect them with an Account Executive for a demo. In this role, you will identify, educate, and develop prospects to create new qualified opportunities. You will partner closely with Account Executives to expand their opportunity pipelines and help them exceed quarterly sales targets. This multi-faceted position is a great way for individuals to gain in-depth sales experience in a rapidly growing SaaS company. A successful candidate will be passionate about their work, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. They will have sales-related experience and/or experience working with a CRM tool (e.g. Salesforce) as well as a willingness to learn. They will also have superb communication and customer-relationship skills, strong time management, and enjoy the challenges of a quickly growing company and customer base.
