About Us

All Is Well Holistic Spa is a fast growing luxury holistic healing spa and wellness clinic in Katy/Houston TX! We are seeking energetic and dedicated wellness coordinators to join the team and be part of our luxurious clinic. Our Wellness Coordinators will work closely with our clients to provide a positive experience to drive sales to our products and services. In this role, you will be responsible for sales while delivering top-notch customer satisfaction in a professional, high volume, upscale wellness spa providing more holistic healing treatment such as relaxation & therapeutic massages, holistic facials, acupuncture and cupping.

What You'll Do:

Our Spa Sales Associate & Wellness Coordinators are the first position our clients speak with and see when they come in. Wellness Coordinators are tasked with providing excellent customer service to all of our clients while helping purchase packages and memberships that best suit their needs and lifestyles. Overall, we're looking for motivated team members who will be responsible for:

• Providing excellent customer service and assist in resolving disputes and concerns by clients.
  
• Answering incoming phones and directing them as needed, or completing the scheduling process based on clients needs.
• Present wellness memberships and products.
• Meeting assigned sales goals as required by the company.
• Assist other team members in general office duties as needed.
• Maintain a professional and clean work space, ensuring the Spa is presentable and functional for clients.
• Other duties as assigned and/or required based on business needs.

What We Want from You:

• At least 2 years of previous experience in customer service required.
• Previous experience and success in meeting and/or exceeding sales goals.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask while paying close attention to detail.
• A strong understanding of computer systems and programs.
• Ability to work independently without the need for constant supervision.
• A strong positive and energetic attitude.
• Previous cash handling and Point of Sale experience preferred.
