What we are looking for:

Looking for a Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative who will be held responsible of providing an excellent customer service experience and resolving issues by offering solutions, explanations and options in regards to different day to day situations.

He/She will also be responsible for maintaining the office organized, attending clients via phone and walk-ins, coordinate appointments and assistance to instructors with logistics during lessons and ensuring overall effectiveness by completing assigned tasks and responsibilities.

Essential Job Functions:

· Respond to telephone inquiries by providing quality service to customers and associates.

· Strive for quick complaint resolution;commended by the supervisor for the ability to resolve problems on the first call and avoid escalation of issues.

· Pioneer new accounts and maintain a strong, growing customer base.

· Thoroughly learn the Company's product offerings and contribute to an increase in monthly sales.

· Responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of all office policies and procedures.

· Greet students, walk-ins, staff members, copy and scan documents, prepare and maintain confidential office/student's files, manage office supply inventory.

· Manage and process student's accounts effectively.

· Manage and order supplies within the budget guidelines of the organization.

· Responsible of keeping the student's files organized and update all information in the school's system.

· Make phone calls to prospects and sell driving school packages.

· Arrange appointments and help instructors with logistics during lessons.

· Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office environment.

· Be able to communicate professionally and clearly in a friendly manner with clients from diverse backgrounds.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience

· A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and/or related positions preferred.

Skills

· Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills. Understanding, influencing and serving others are important attributes in this position.

· The ability to resolve problems quickly, efectively and determining appropriate courses of action, which are then reported to the Director of Operations.

· Must display a high degree of emotional maturity while keeping difficult situations in a proper prospective.

· Must be flexible and have well-developed interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency with Google calendar and maps.

· Must be able to operate computers and other office machines such as fax, calculator, copier, telephones, etc.

· Advanced user ability with Excel, Power Point and Word.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $14.00 per hour
