*RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Customer service and presentation - front line of True REST Float Spa – you are the face of floating
- Check clients in for their sessions – creating a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere that invites our clients to relax
- Set up new clients, ensure they sign waivers and watch the introduction video
- Check clients out after their sessions
- Present and sell memberships - Be well versed in packages and membership opportunities
- Be well versed in floating. Be able to discuss in detail as well as the “elevator speech”
- Tour clients through the spa
- Create a comfortable first float experience and give a thorough explanation of floating procedures
- Be receptive to client needs - before AND after floats
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at the front desk
- Maintain clean and organized bathrooms, prep rooms, and Oasis Room, by continually checking and tidying regularly
- Clean and restock the pod suites after each float, as per the daily operation lists
- Answer and return phone calls/emails – educate with accurate information and communicate clearly
- Book float sessions and manage the daily float schedule
- Report to Manager excessive openings for the upcoming days
- Report to Manager any client or equipment concerns
- Count cash drawer and be able to perform daily reporting tasks
- Regular deep cleanings & attend team meetings
- Other responsibilities as requested by Owner or Manager
*REQUIREMENTS*
- High School diploma and 1-2 years retail experience, or similar. Former bartenders & wait staff do great here as well!
- Attention to Detail and Cleanliness

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate all needed spa software
