Duties include, but are not limited to:
Reporting:
- Automate global sales reports
- Prepare and analyze contract required sales reports – weekly, monthly, quarterly
- Ad hoc reporting for peer departments
- Participate in preparing Quarterly Business Reviews as needed
Global Contract Administration:
- Automate Contract processes, utilizing benefits of ‘Sales Cube’
- Global Agreement maintenance
Salesforce Administration:
- Monitor and improve data quality and integrity
- Proactively gather feedback from users to continually improve user experience
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define use case and rollout plans
- Assist sales management in defining and monitoring processes for trends and team analysis
- Provide group and/or one-one training for new and existing users, including best practice documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent of experience
- Proficiency in SQL Server
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrates proficiency in IT areas of analytical thinking and business innovation
- Demonstrates leadership, hands-on approach with strong collaboration to move projects to closure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Superior time management and organizational skills; ability to work with limited supervision
EH&S REQUIREMENTS
- Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements
- Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards
- Attend scheduled EH&S training program
- Actively support the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans
- Recommend improved EH&S practices
