What you will be doing:

This is your opportunity to work with cutting edge, innovative, high-tech artificial intelligence software for the financial markets. As a Sales Admin Assistant You will be supporting all aspects of the sales team that works with individual traders to offer the software they need to take their results in the financial markets to the next level. Position is currently working at home with anticipated transition to in office at a future date.

• Answering and routing incoming calls
• Calendar Management
• Entering, processing, tracking and analyzing sales orders
• Webinar data capture and tracking
• Reconcile reporting between sales, operations and finance
• Building, data entry, and light analysis of reports
• Other duties as assigned

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking process minded, confident, energetic, and detail-oriented Sales Admin Assistant who possess an internal motivation to excel. If this describes you, even if you have no previous financial market experience, you are still encouraged to apply. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Must be organized and pay attention to detail
• Must have the desire and talent to succeed and learn new systems
• Must have a positive, winning attitude always seeking to improve
• Must enjoy a fast-paced environment
• Must be self-motivated, always seeking to improve and grow
• Can work well in teams but stay task oriented
• CRM Experience Preferred (SalesForce CRM a PLUS)

Education Requirements:

Minimum High School / GED completion.
College credits or Degree is preferred.
