· Responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships; and working cohesively with each customer to understand their current business needs · Create new model and prototype pricing · Monitor/investigate and effectively resolve any issues with customer agreements, deliveries, etc. · Evaluate VA/VE opportunities · Actively involved in negotiation with assigned customers · Responsible for managing customer metrics · Monitor market trends and sales forecasts · Assists in the development and support of T.RAD corporate sales and marketing policies and procedures · Work with top management on quarterly and annual budget for assigned customers · Enters new customer data and other sales data related to customers into database · Coordinates TRAD activities with other General Managers to ensure TRAD objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner · Strong understanding of the importance of teamwork to meet the company and customer expectations · Willing to travel same day or overnight to assigned customers.
