The Business Automation Developer role will involve close interaction with business team members and other members of the development and support team. There will be multiple opportunities to quickly expand on your technical experience, with plenty of business exposure. This role requires a strong foundation in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and scripting languages.Responsibilities:

    • Build automation to solve business problems via Ui Path bots (RPA) or Python scripting
    • Work with the business to gather requirements for business automation opportunities and determine whether RPA or Python is a better fit for a solution
    • Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of testing and production, including during the deployment and implementation of the code in production environments
    • Check-in and check-out code to Azure DevOps repository for source control
    • Follow UiPath best practices and guidelines set by the Business Automation team
    • Prepare Knowledge Base articles for design, code, errors, and recovery procedures for bots or Python scripts created
    • Develop proof of concepts (POCs) as needed, integrating new components with back-office systems during the design and requirements phase to evaluate products and integration strategies

Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s/Associates Degree preferred or equivalent experience
    • 2 years of experience in of experience with development SQL, Web Services (REST and/or SOAP) required
    • 2 years’ experience with web technologies (HTML 5, CSS 3, jQuery, JavaScript) required
    • 3 years’ experience building bots with UiPath and experience building bots with PowerAutomate is a plus
    • 2 years’ experience with relational databases
    • 2 years’ experience with Python or other scripting language / object oriented languages (e.g. Java, C#, etc.)
    • Proficiency with a product-based agile development methodology
    • Ability to clearly communicate with users, development team, and subject matter experts
    • Strong analytical aptitude and problem solving skills in a technical environment
    • Multi-task across several ongoing tasks of varying priorities as required
    • Must have excellent documentation skills
