Room Attendant / Cleaning Attendant Details

We are looking for a Room Attendant/ Cleaning Consultant to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our spa members and guests. Our mission is to contribute to the overall success of Planet Beach Contempo Spa® through maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, organization and customer service.

Initial and Required Training:

  • Complete on the job training with a consultant covering all routine cleaning duties and checklists
  • Complete PBU online equipment & customer service courses

Basic Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Arrive 15 minutes early for all scheduled shifts
  • Clock-in to the computer
  • Complete Daily Equipment Maintenance Checklist during each shift
  • Complete Daily Cleaning Duties
  • Ensure all service rooms are turned over following room turnover checklists in a timely manner
  • Ensure laundry duties are completed at all times during shifts
  • Ensure all trash bins in lobby, service rooms, and restrooms are emptied frequently and all trash is taken out
  • Review communications binder prior to each shift
  • Maintain professional appearance by adhering to the current uniform policy.
  • Assist in organizing product and files when directed
  • Report all equipment problems, damages or outages to management immediately
  • Stock all service rooms with necessary supplies including towels, robes, tissues, products, etc. as needed
  • Provide feedback to supervisor on ways to improve cleanliness and organization to the spa
  • Direct clients to appropriate service rooms for Spa Consultants when needed

Pay: $14.00 per hour

  • Stockton, CA 95207: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Cleaning & Organization: 1 year (Preferred)
