Golden Hillmont House MHRC is hiring a RN supervisor!

Registered Nurse Duties:

Looking for a RN supervisor to oversee a small, open residential mental health facility.

• Small facility with 15 stable clients on a beautiful campus

• Warm and supportive clinical environment

• Responsible for, general nursing oversights of LVNs

• Assistance with Scheduling

• Admission and quarterly assessments

• Collaborating with the facilities Psychiatrist on client condition and medications

• Treatment planning assistance

• Participation in weekly facility clinical meetings.

• 40 hours per week.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Supervisory experience desired but not required
