We are seeking to hire a Registered Nurse or LPN for our Medical Group – Bown Crossing Urgent Care! As an RN in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will provide skilled nursing care in coordination with licensed providers while promoting a positive patient experience with compassion and kindness. You will administer medications, maintain a safe nursing area, and provide education and resources to patients and families based on their needs. RN's are also expected to serve as a mentor to clinical staff, maintain accurate documentation, and preserve confidential information. Our ideal candidate has the ability to make decisions and take action in stressful situations, while providing outstanding customer service. He or she needs to have excellent communication skills and must be a team player. RN: General Requirements: Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing strongly preferred. License/Certification: Colleague must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date. Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire LPN: General Requirements: Experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred. License/Certification: Licensed in State of Idaho as an Practical Nurse (LPN) and as defined by the State Board of Nursing.
