Location: Naperville & future Woodridge office.

Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:30-5

JOB SUMMARY

This very busy OB/GYN practice supporting 5 providers is seeking an RN with clinical triage experience. RN responsibilities focus on: patient education, phone triage, entering referrals/prior authorizations, occasional rooming of patients, RN visits – injections, staple removal and wound checks, surgery/procedure scheduling. Candidate must be able to interact well with both physicians and clinical support staff on a daily basis to ensure patient flow/appointments and phone messages. Great customer service/effective communicator required in for this very busy practice. Skills to include assisting with phlebotomy/injections as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Current Illinois RN licensure required.
• Communicate clearly in English - written/oral
• Annual CPR certification (C-level)
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
• 2 years of strong clinical RN experience preferred, and at least one year of work experience in a Physician's Office, highly preferred. Prior work experience in a physician practice highly preferred.
• Flexible to scheduling changes including overtime, evening and Saturday rotation, and able to travel to various clinic locations with physician.
• EMR experience preferred, with strong typing skills necessary
