Opportunities available in the following location and surrounding area: Upper Darby, PA Credentia Services, an affiliate of Pearson Vue, coordinates and conducts the testing of nurse aide candidates. Credentia Services is seeking Nurse Aide Evaluators (NAEs) to administer the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP®) examination to eligible nurse aide candidates. The examination consists of a written examination and a skills demonstration examination. The NAE will proctor the written exam which is limited to a maximum of two hours. The skills demonstration exam is timed and consists of observing the nurse aide candidate demonstrate five randomly selected skills from a predetermined test pool of skills. You choose the locations and exams you are willing to administer based on your availability. The time commitment is flexible and varies per the number of candidates to be tested. We are looking for professional, energetic RNs who share in our vision of world class CNA testing using Credentia’s state of the art proprietary software. Job Requirements Education, training, experience: Registered nurses who meet the OBRA 1987-1989 standards of having at least one year of experience caring for the elderly or chronically ill of any age may apply to become a Nurse Aide Evaluator (NAE). RN Nurse Aide Evaluators must have a current nursing license in good standing which has been active for a minimum of two years. They must carry automobile liability insurance. Prior to administrating the NNAAP® Examination, the RN will be required to complete orientation which may include a workshop and candidate testing events working with an experienced Credentia Nurse Aide Evaluator. The RN must successfully complete the orientation process to become an active Nurse Aide Evaluator. The RN will sign an agreement with Credentia Services to become an independent contractor (1099) as a Nurse Aide Evaluator (NAE). Intermediate technical skills and experience with common applications such as web browsers, email and pdf files.
