Pool Time Varied Hours per pay period. Monday-Friday.8:00am-4:30pm Weekends On-Call coverage required and after business hours. Completion of a nursing program from an accredited school of Nursing. State of Florida Registered Nurse. Current BLS, ACLS and PALS cards required from American Heart Association. Previous Interventional Radiology experience preferred. Must have 1 year Critical Care or Emergency Room experience. Basic computer proficiency. Procedure based background helpful along with strong knowledge base of aseptic technique and recommended practices per ADRN standards. Provides comprehensive care(direct and indirect) to an assigned group of Radiology patient. Utilizes the nursing process by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the needs of these patients. Utilizes nursing process to collaborate with the physicians in providing quality, safety and age appropriate care. Utilizes knowledge of current trends and practices in the nursing profession, as well as radiological interventional based procedures following Broward Health policies and practices.
