Overview: Marian is a Dignity Health member of the Central Coast, which also includes #RN-DH In keeping with the Marian Medical philosophy, Coordinates the provision of direct and indirect patient care provided by professional staff. Demonstrates organizational and scheduling capabilities to ensure efficient provision of quality care to Marian Infusion Services clients. Infusion Nursing Services Coordinator organizes and manages a patient caseload; applies concepts derived from management and communications theory, group dynamics, counseling methodologies and clinical nursing judgment to implement a clinical programs. Under general guidance of the Department Manager, processes intake/referral information, receives phone messages and physician orders, relays information to appropriate staff, and assists with various office functions. Major responsibilities are listed, however, at times the Infusion Nursing Services Supervisor may be assigned other duties. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with strong attention to detail. Ability to work tactfully and effectively with patients, team members, and Marian Infusion Services management. Ability to maintain confidentiality of issues and materials designed as such. Ability to effectively implement the Marian Medical Center approved policies. #RN@DH
