We are looking to hire a Registered Nurse for our Cath Lab Department at our Boise campus, 1055 N. Curtis Road.

As an RN at Saint Alphonsus Health System, you provide hands-on patient care while collaborating with colleagues, maintaining accurate documentation, and utilizing resources wisely. You serve as a patient advocate by promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being. You also educate patients, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and develop care plans based on patient needs.

About this Position: RNs working in the Cath Lab will care for the an adult population with cardiac illness or injury. This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to adapt to the needs of the patient and department so Cardiac experience is needed. Our ideal candidate is collaborative and invested in self-driven learning.

General Requirements:

  • Demonstrated team, analysis, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate computer skills including medical record keeping
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of people under adverse conditions

Education:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Idaho
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider (ACLS) certification required within six months of hire
