The Role in Brief:

Revenue Associate

As a part of EAB’s Commercial Strategy and Operations team, this Revenue Associate position will be responsible for the accurate and timely booking of revenue and sales commissions for the company as well as maintaining accuracy of the firm’s renewal pools. The Revenue Associate will work with diverse groups within the company to gather revenue information, confirm compliance with company financial and contract policies, and ensure the Company’s financial systems match contracts.

This role is based in Richmond, VA or Washington, DC.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review customer contracts and enter contract financial information and sales commission information into customer management system
  • Perform regular sales reporting to senior management and group leaders
  • Provide audit support, matching revenue booked contracts to other revenue entries
  • Update the Company’s customer management system to reflect changes in customer organizational structures or new customers
  • Act as liaison between finance and sales teams to ensure the proper and timely exchange of data
  • Point of contact to handle inquiries from sales and finance teams in relation to contracts and salesforce crediting
  • Other miscellaneous revenue analysis projects

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Excellent academic record
  • Must possess at least two of the following:
    • Customer experience
    • Experience working in a team environment
    • Experience working in an office setting
    • Demonstrated attention to detail, specifically regarding data entry
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, or databases
    • Ability to meet deadlines
    • Proven ability to manage details and organize

  • Experience developing personal organization tactics to meet business goals
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, as well as part of a team

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
