All of the work we do on the back end – in research, design, manufacturing, and marketing – is brought to bear on the retail floor. It’s where we finally get to show off what we’ve made. As Retail Store Manager, you’ll be in charge of that presentation, effectively overseeing a microcosm of the New Balance brand.
