BURNSVILLE FRATTALLONE'S IS NOW HIRING PART-TIME SALES ASSOCIATES.

This position could lead to permanent Full-Time with benefits. Those benefits would entail

Health Care:

• High Deductible Insurance plan: Single cost is $175 per month or $87.50 per pay period.
• PPO Co-Insurance Premium Plan: Single cost is $225 per month or $112.50 per pay period

Dental:

• Standard Plan: Single cost is $11.12 per month
• Premium Plan: $29.78

401k:

• Eligible after 1year of employment and 1,000 hours. Frattallone's offers a 15% match!

If you are interested in this position, you will:

• Enjoy answering and assisting customers with their questions via phone or in person regarding products and services we offer.
• Enjoy serving and meeting customer needs, learn to demonstrate use of merchandise including rental equipment.
• Enjoy rearranging merchandise and displays; restocking as necessary.
• Receive and price incoming merchandise
• Assist customers with carry-out of bulky, large or heavy items.
• Be open to learning how to build and assemble grills, etc.
• Process sales via Cash register after training provided

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Polite and attentive to our valued Customers
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds on a regular basis, 60 pounds on an occasional basis with assistance.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Able to kneel, bend, reach and maneuver in small areas.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Basic Math
• General Hardware knowledge is helpful
