The Retail Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing all field sales and business development activities and reaching sales targets within the assigned region. Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Cross-sell products
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
