Available Immediately - Established restoration & biohazard company needing Technicians (Possible Leadership role)!

24 Hour Emergency Crime Scene (suicide, blood, decomposition, homicide); Hoarding; Fire / Smoke Restoration, Bio-Hazard Remediation and Removal, Commercial Cleaning, Janitorial, COVID-19 Cleaning, and Board-Ups in Los Angeles, San Diego, And Riverside Counties.

- IICRC Certification or certifications encouraged for higher base pay

- Lead Technician and/or Foreman Experience may be considered for Lead Technician position

Certificates Earned Will Make your Resume Stand out

- OSHA 10

-HAZWOPPER 40

-Crime Scene Clean Up

- Project Management

- Confined Spaces

****Experience with Construction Demolition (preferred)

(Ability to demo and tear down damaged materials)

(Handy with tools = floor removal, board ups, toilet removal)

****Basic knowledge of hand tools or ability to learn

****Experience in restoration services (Preferred)

A great attitude and HIGH INTEGRITY is a MUST

- Can manage a team of 3+ Team player

- Must be available for on call, after hours services

(2 -24 hour on-call Schedules available with the ability to pick up extra shifts: Sunday through Wednesday, Wednesday Through Saturday)

- Ability to multitask and willing to take additional duties

- Clean Driving Record (MUST PROVIDE DMV PRINT OUT UPON HIRE)

- Clean Criminal Record (Will consider second chance employment)

- Background Check Performed

- Must have reliable transportation

- Drug and Alcohol-Free work environment

** This Position has the opportunity to grow into an Assistant Technician Manager, Project Manager or Technician Manager Role after 90-120 days

Pay relative to experience

Job Type: Full-time PER-Diem On Call

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE

Experience:

• Restoration: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
