BACHELORS DEGREE AND 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN FOOD POS MENU MANAGEMENT, DESIGN AND MAINTENANCE IS REQUIRED. EXPERIENCE IN NATIONAL BRAND FOOD OPERATION AND MENU IS PREFERRED.

Works closely with IT development team as the subject matter expert in relation to restaurant menu change lifecycle. Maintains documentation of the full menu changes processes and applicable systems.
Monitors and ensures compliance of price changes, surveys and promotions.
Develops communication material to provide necessary information to field operation for successful execution of the changes while ensuring minimal to no impact to end user.
Performs other duties as assigned.
