Duties & Responsibilities: Driving sales Manage customer service Maintaining food & labor cost Staff training, recruiting and scheduling Inventory control Food and supply ordering Maintain and enforce company policies and procedures Health department compliance Maintain menu items pricing Ensure all equipment is kept clean and in working condition Qualifications: 4 year degree in a related industry preferred Minimum of 5 year of experience in the restaurant and bar industry Must be able to work in a fast pace work environment Must be able to communicate effectively Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently up to 50 plus pounds Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Experience: Education: Additional Compensation: Work Location: Benefits:
