We are a locally based Fast Food Restaurant franchisee that is now hiring salaried Managers as well as hourly managers for our new and existing stores in Falls Church and surrounding areas. We?re looking for enthusiastic and flexible Fast Food Restaurant Managers who want to provide fast, fun and friendly service to our customers. Required Skills

• 3+ years Fast Food Restaurant Management experience
• Demonstrate understanding of current procedures & business practices
• Ensure continuous improvement in both customer and associate satisfaction at all times
• Estimate food & beverage costs and purchases supplies
• Good leadership
• Candidates seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant General Manager position, must have their own vehicle, valid driver's license, and be able to successfully pass a background check to qualify. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Desired Skills

Our benefits include:

5 day work week, 2 days off, vacation, monthly bonus program, medical benefits can include dental & vision after 30 days of employment.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 + bonus for Restaurant Managers
