What you’ll be doing.

In this role, you’ll focus on the growth and development of the Professional Services organization. You will act as a liaison among the Professional Services organization Delivery Leaders as it relates to resourcing across all work. You’ll also work directly with Talent Acquisition and HR to facilitate appropriate staffing across the department based on aggregate understanding of project requirements. You will ensure that project resourcing is managed in order to assure timely delivery and must communicate to appropriate Project Managers resourcing issues that may impact scheduled deadlines. You will enforce company processes by utilizing and requesting that all Project Managers use proper procedures when requesting resources.

  • Act as point of contact for resource booking confirmation, conflict resolution, and development of solutions in support of business goals.
  • Assesses current resourcing requirements/plans to establish gaps or improvements for future resourcing needs.
  • Run weekly resource meeting and facilitate resourcing issues / conflict resolution with Professional Services and appropriate department heads.
  • Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing.
  • Monitor day-to-day project activities and resourcing, identifying potential instances of underutilization and actively work with the Practice Leaders to address and solve those issues.
  • Receive, analyze, and report on weekly utilization reports to Professional Services Management team.
  • Alert Senior Management team of any potential concerns or issues with meeting key client deliverables due to resourcing.
  • Identify potential resourcing or process issues and present to Professional Services Management team with resolutions to such issues where applicable; Recommend process improvements for Resource Management.
  • Attend weekly resource calls and manage collaboration process with other departments or practices to share resources on an as needed basis.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for.

You’ll need to have…

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of Professional Services.
  • Willingness to travel.
