Position Description: The responsibility of Resourcing is to manage the deployment of the business unit’s consultants. The Resource Coordinator provides resourcing and administrative support to Resource Managers as they suggest and place consultants on assignments, considering their skills, experience, capability, availability, circumstances, and personal development while balancing the client and the business unit’s needs. This is a central role within our firm that involves regular contact with the business unit’s management team, the consultants and Partners, the wider Resourcing team, and Corporate functions (HR, Finance, Business Support, etc.). The environment is dynamic and ever-changing, moving at the pace of our clients’ needs. The role requires someone who understand the sense of urgency that is synonymous with consulting. This is a fast-paced role where consultants are highly utilized and may frequently work on multiple projects in client driven, results oriented environment. The pressure is high to resolve resourcing demands quickly, find creative solutions and make autonomous decisions.
