Must have availability for flexible schedule and on-call rotation. Time will be split between Direct Support approximately 24 hours and 16 Administrative (Office) hours. Find out more about CSN at: www.thecsnetwork.com EEO/ADA compliant At minimum, one-year of experience in the field of intellectual disabilities and/or behavioral services; be at least 18 years of age; a high school diploma or equivalent; a valid driver’s license, good driving record, reliable transportation and current auto insurance. The employee must pass background checks favorably, and have full range of motion, physical strength and ability to achieve and maintain required training and certifications. Applicants must also have availability to be on-call M-F; and rotating weekends. Desired qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree with a major in a related field and two-years’ experience in the field of intellectual disabilities and/or mental health services and one-year of supervisory experience.
