Our growing real estate brokerage/property management firm, Capstone Realty Professionals, is looking to add a new member to our growing team. We are currently seeking a licensed property manager for a full-time position. The right person will be extremely organized multi-tasker. Someone that loves offering great customer service and really get to know their clients yet are great with the details as well. This person must be a TEAM PLAYER and must be able to interact with clients professionally and deliver exceptional customer service. ACTIVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE OR IN PROGRESS REQUIRED. Don't let the title fool you, this is a high touch customer service role where great relationships with clients is critical to the success of this role and the company.

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Being the main point of contact for our property owners and tenants
  • Determining rents by running a rental comps
  • Managing lite maintenance requests from tenants
  • Enforcing the lease agreements
  • Managing tenant expectations, concerns and issues
  • Processing move outs

Our ideal applicant will have:

  • AN ACTIVE AZ REAL ESTATE LICENSE
  • A background in residential property management
  • Experience with property management software. Appfolio experience A PLUS.
  • Proven customer service experience in the real estate industry
  • Ability to create and track with spreadsheets
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Exceptional phone skills
