Bachelor's degree in a human services field with five or more years of experience with children, two of which are in a residential facility; OR Master's degree in a human services field with three or more years experience with children, one of which is in a residential facility; OR Two or more years in group home management/supervision or similar experience. Valid Driver's License and favorable driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years; no DUIs/Reckless driving in the last 3 years) Coordinates/facilitates house staff meetings Works in cooperation with Human Resource Manager to provide and/or arrange for in-service and other training for staff on relevant topics and new employee hiring/interviewing. Familiarizes self with federal, state, local, and regulatory requirements including Interdepartmental licensure standards and ensures Intercept House's compliance. Accepts full responsibilities for effective execution of behavior program within home.
Intercept Health is now hiring a Full Time Program Manager for Fresh Start. This individual oversees all staff and direct care issues and services, ensuring effective leadership-based management of the program with an emphasis on high-quality care delivered in a cost-effective manner by performing the duties outlined below.
