Thank you for considering a career with Pioneer Human Services! We are currently looking for a Full-Time Resident Monitor (Bilingual Strongly Preferred) with a passion for working with Youth. WHO WE ARE The Selma R. Carson Home (SRCH) is a 23-bed facility that serves undocumented and unaccompanied boys between the ages of 12 and 17 who are in the United States, and are, or will be, going through immigration proceedings. Our program works with the federal Department of Health and Human Services’ Administration for Children & Families, and the Office of Refugee Resettlement to assist in family reunification efforts. Our Resident Monitor I will guide, assist and support residents in their transition back into community life by carrying out the day-to-day operations of a Pioneer residential reentry program.
