As a Full-Time or Part-Time Resident Assistant at Ridgeway Senior Living, you will be a part of a team helping to enrich the lives of our seniors and put a smile on their faces.
Vaccination not required; weekly testing paid for by the employer may be needed.
If you enjoy helping others, then this is the position for you. Job responsibilities include assisting residents with personal cares as scheduled; performing housekeeping duties; observing residents and reporting changes in physical and emotional condition; assisting with meals as directed; and passing medications and supervising resident self-administration.
Shifts/Hours:

• We currently have full-time and part-time openings for days (6a-2p) and part-time openings for afternoons (2p-10p) and overnights (10p-6a). All openings include every other weekend.

Pay rate: $15.25 - $16.75

• +$0.50 for CNA certification and +$1.00 for both CNA and TMA certifications!
• Shift differentials for afternoons, overnights, and weekends!

Experience not necessary, we will provide all the training and support you need to be a successful and valuable member of our team.
Must perform all required job tasks as trained and directed and respect the confidentiality and personal privacy of residents.
Because our care staff play an important role in providing day-to-day care and assistance to our residents, it is critical that our employees work as scheduled, and provide appropriate notice and shift replacement when they can't.
In order to be able to clearly communicate with and provide appropriate care to our residents, as well as to complete all job tasks safely and as required, you must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Prior to starting work, all employees are required to pass a criminal investigation as solely determined by the State of Minnesota. We cannot employ anyone who does not successfully pass the background study.
