Hiring Location: Hours - 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Flexible availability during the week. Availability on weekends and around the holidays required. Prior experience in a call center or heavy phone experience is required. Support Kennelwood Pet Resorts through customer service/sales functions including but not limited to: being the first point of contact for customer reservations, customer concerns, cash handling, generating sales, taking in-bound calls and making out-bound calls. The goal is to provide quality and efficient customer service to every customer- recognizing customers' needs and to recommend Kennelwood Pet Resorts products and services.
