The Research Data Coordinator will provide administrative and patient care services for the coordination of research studies. Impacts the coordination of patient data for research studies.
**This is a part time 20 hour benefit eligibe position / The salary for this position is min $ 16,600 mid $ 20,750 max $ 24,900**
Research Related Tasks- Assist on project related tasks for psychosocial intervention studies that aim to improve the quality of life among Chinese-speaking cancer survivors.
Project implementation- Recruit, screen, and track participants. Conduct in-person interviews and assessments with participants. Conduct telephonic in-person interviews and assessments with participants. Organize and prepare for study materials. Occasional evening and weekend hours.
Data Entry- Enter participant data in the database and perform basic data management tasks; register participant in institutional database. Extensive use with Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word and research programs such as Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap).
Literature search/review - Search and review literature in pertinent areas preparing written reports as necessary. Photocopy, organize, and maintain journal articles accurate records.
Ability to complete tasks as assigned in a timely and accurate manner; at peak periods may be working under short timelines and stressful conditions. Adapts to changing conditions in situations that may be characterized by high stress levels, such as project deadlines. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, budget and prioritize time and workload, address spontaneous issues and problems, resolve conflicts, and make decisions.

EDUCATION:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Two years of related experience. With preferred degree, no experience required.
