Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Excellent time management and strong organizational skills.

- The ability to create, maintain and manage a schedule within the budgeted payroll.
- Inventory control and ordering of supplies within the given budget.
- The ability to report out on various daily, weekly and monthly metrics.
- The ability and willingness to pitch in wherever and whenever needed to make sure our guests are being accommodated in a timely, efficient and friendly manner.
- A willingness to work most weekends, peak hours and holidays.
- Ensure all ASTM testing/standards are being performed and met.
Other Responsibilities
- Generate sales, demonstrate and maintain a professional standard of guest service
- Assist the Rental Shop Supervisor in maintaining an enthusiastic and professional standard of guest service
- Provide training resources for employees in POS, product knowledge, guest service, and sales
- Administer company policies and guidelines
- Communicate company values and goals to the employees
- Monitor and control a daily payroll budget
- Maintain merchandising and cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory control and meet or exceed inventory goals
- Enforce company cash handling and other Loss Prevention policies and procedures
- Recruit and assist in maintaining a quality core staff
- Remain current on new industry products and trends; demonstrate knowledge of products
- Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques
- Maintain all company paperwork according to policies and standards
- Supervise and schedule employees
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- 2-3 years experience in retail, rental preferred.
- High School diploma, or equivalent, required.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications.
- Ability to communicate frequently with co-workers and guests in accurate spoken and written English - required
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with rental and retail POS system - preferred
- Must be a team player and be able to handle fast paced stressful environment
- Possess the desire to offer the highest customer service standards to guests
- Must have current and up to date certifications.
