Know how to incorporate super intricate building science concepts into multifamily homes, including envelope sealing, mechanical systems, insulation, energy efficiency, windows, and siding
The Task Master
Assist the Project Manager with all the necessary project schedules to monitor, construction meetings to conduct, stakeholders to update, and RFIs, submittal, and close-out logs to maintain
The Talent Scout
Assist with the procurement of construction services, including contract award and buyout
