Home Workplace Requirements:
- Must have hard-lined internet access (the ability to connect the equipment provided directly to your modem, not via WiFi) that includes speeds of 5mbps/upload and 25 mbps/ download minimum.
Job Details: This is a Full-time Remote Inbound calls only Customer Service position!
- Full-time shift
- 10a-6:30pm Mon-Fri class starts 6/13/2022
- 11a-7:30p Mon-Fri class starts 6/20/2022
- $15.50/hour
- Successful candidates will work REMOTELY as an Inbound Call Center Representative receiving calls from applicants for subsidized Internet Connectivity Programs offered by the federal government.

Skills and qualifications required:
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Interest in helping customers with inquiries on application status
- Willing and able to acquire skills required for this position
- High School Diploma/GED
- Computer knowledge preferred
- Consent to and pass a background check
- FULL Attendance at paid REMOTE training class required
- Experience as a Customer Service Representative or work experience in a customer service role.
Additional Information:
- 4 WEEKS paid training MONDAY-FRIDAY during your hired shift.
