-Analyze customer needs
-Close deals with US customers
-Increase customer retention by resolving customer issues
-Establish strong positive customer relation to build repeat business and promoters contributing quality referrals
-Communicate with clients via email, chat and phone
-Make multiple phone calls a day
-Work in US time
-Work independently at home

Qualifications

-Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with neutral accent
-Highly-developed computer skills (MS Office, Gmail, CRM)
-US based, experience in a translation company
-Knowledge of working with Facebook and LinkedIn
-Minimum 2 years of sales experience
-Customer-service focused
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work under stress and pressure
-Reliable, organize, highly motivated and confident

- Preferably should have a neutral accent

-Bachelor/College Degree of any Business Course or any related field

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay

Experience:

  • Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Outbound sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • B2B sales: 1 year (Required)
