We are looking to grow our team and top talent to join our fast-paced, friendly environment! As a Remodel / Construction Associate in our regional retail stores, you will assist in remodeling Walmart stores and Neighborhood Markets by installing and updating store fixtures, setting modulars and moving merchandise from current location to its new location, installing product displays, update signing, assisting with installation of store systems (for example, Registers and Office Computers), and refreshing departments in areas that have been remodeled. What are the essential functions of the Remodel / Construction Associate:

  • Provides customer service
  • Assists in remodeling facilities
  • Working with offsite fixture warehouse associates
  • Partners with store operations associates
  • Executes remodeling workflows
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Completes work assignments and priorities
  • Schedule runs up to 5 days a week, typically 8 hours day, 10pm-7am
  • Project Team Associates usually requires overnights & weekends
  • Shifts & days can change based upon the project needs

Remodel / Construction Associate Position Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Willing to travel up to 100 miles, based on project assignment
  • 6 months’ experience in commercial remodeling, warehouse, stocking, customer service or a similar area
  • Must be available for an overnight shift that varies based on project
  • Have reliable transportation to travel to different stores and possess a valid driver’s license
  • Military experience will satisfy commercial remodel experience requirements
  • Okay with working primarily overnight shifts
  • Vaccination or approved exemption
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Live within 50 mile radius of projects
