UW Neighborhood Clinics (UWNC) is a network of community-based clinics throughout the Puget Sound region. UWNC - AMBULATORY NURSING has an outstanding opportunity for a per diem (0%, variable hours per week), day shift, TELEPHONIC SERVICES NURSE (job profile: Registered Nurse 2) to join our Northgate location. The Telephonic Service Nurse will be responsible for triaging incoming calls for patients, assessing needs, giving appropriate clinical options, and facilitating requests to primary care providers, specialists, health care facilities and community resources. The Telephonic Service Nurse will also be responsible for the coordination of complex medical care, particularly for the anticoagulation service patients.
SCHEDULE:
The Telephonic Services Nurse will work at our Northgate Office, variable hours per week, day shift only. This position has the potential to work from home after working successfully and independently for 4-6 months.
