Summary: Registered Nurse with leadership and clinical expertise in circulation/scrubbing based on education and experience. Under the direction of the designated Nursing Director, the Clinical Coordinator assumes responsibility for the complete care of the assigned patients during shift work. Provide leadership by working collaboratively with ancillary, nursing, and other personnel in maintaining professional standards of care. Responsible for the direction and supervision of personnel assigned to work with him/her. Emphasis will be on assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of care. The patient population to be serviced will be Peri-Operative Services.
Requirements: Current California RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required. The schedule requires rotation on weekends, holidays, and calls. Must be able to work independently. Laparoscopic & open heart experience is a plus. CNOR certification is a plus. ***Specialty Pay Available***
